A defined package from removal to clearance
Tell us what needs coming down, what must remain and the condition you need the site left in. The scope can include agreed dismantling or demolition, segregation of arising materials, loading and waste removal.
Foundations, slabs, below-ground obstructions and making good must be identified in the quotation. They are not automatically included because a structure is being removed.
The right information before work starts
Send drawings, photographs, available surveys and details of neighbouring buildings. We also need to understand access, live services and any occupied areas.
Structural demolition is subject to project assessment and suitable technical input. Any required surveys, service isolations, permissions and temporary works must be resolved before the relevant work proceeds. Suspected asbestos is assessed separately; it is not treated as ordinary demolition waste.
Demolition or strip-out?
If the building is staying and you need kitchens, finishes, fittings or other internal elements removed, our strip-out service may be the better fit. Tell us what the next contractor needs to inherit and we will help define the removal scope.
